A New Beginning

Lets see if I can start this off right. Too many years of saying “I need to do something”. Now is as good as it gets. In the next few weeks I will be retiring from real estate. I have officially started collecting Social security. I have been experimenting with mix media. I got a new camera that I will use for my watercolor paintings. Will be going on 2 cruises. Husband has proclaimed that we need to go on more road trips. Will be looking into the new camera and all its properties so that I can share all of the good things that I have to offer.

Holiday are upon us.  And my middle keeps getting fatter.  Help.

It is bad when you have the Weight Watchers site up and next to that tab you have pecan pie.  This is so going to be hard.  Oh well.

I have some paintings almost done.  I know…. go in there and finish them.

Technology sucks….

okay it took me some time to finally take 4 of my watercolors to the shop… and took pics before I took them.

Will have some more soon.  Need to go buy something to cut mat our myself.  Or I will just look it up like everybody else.

I know the lighting sucks on this one.  Oh well but it is a pretty item.  It has a candle in it.  There are 16 different colors on this one.

I need to get to work but have been a little busy with my somewhat real profession,  Real Estate Agent.  That is so much fun if you have the right people.  And I have been sick.

Warning …… I am working on another piece like the one above but it is electric!!! I need to sand the base on the new one to get rust off of it and finally got a lot of different types of brushes to get it down to metal then I will figure out what color.  Panels are almost done … there are 6 of them….

I love this piece.  It is a plate in the middle.  It measured 9×13 ish and is in a frame.  I have already sold this one.  Yeah…..

Some of my projects have been finished.

My first Big piece.  It has a bunch of holes and boo boo’s.  But it is a pretty.

It is at the shop for sale.

Have my first craft thingy in a month.  I need to get with it.

Other projects will be finished soon.  And also have some other ideas floating in my head….

Here is a completed project.  This went to a dear friend of mine in California.  Margaret has a space a the Rose Bowl Flea Market. She sells Vintage Swimsuits and clothing.  I am going to go see her soon with a bunch of stuff to sell.
